Returns & Refunds Policy

In-stock-at-store purchases (includes online purchases):

Proof of Purchase: St. George Ebikes sales receipt is required for all returns.

Returns must be within 10 days of purchase date, in new condition, in the original packaging.

Non-refundable Purchases: Sale and closeout items, installed parts, service labor, layaways, and special orders (in-store and online).

Refund Method: Returned to the original form of payment, except cash refunds in excess of $50 will be made by a check from St. George Ebikes.

Online Purchase Policies:

In stock-at-store item purchases have the same return and refund policy as above.

Special Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been processed and shipped. 

If an item is backordered or unavailable, you may cancel and get a refund for that portion of your order.

Confirmed cancelled orders, a refund will be issued immediately to the original form of payment.
